Advanced RPO Leaders Awarded “2021 Women in RPO” Honors from the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA)

Chicago, IL – March 9, 2021 Advanced RPO, a recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition provider, announced today that three of its leaders have been awarded “2021 Women in RPO Award” honors from the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA). The inaugural awards were presented in celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, and recognize women in RPO who make a difference in the life of their organizations, their teams, and their clients.

Advanced RPO President Pam Verhoff was presented with the RPOA Superstar Award, for her outstanding contributions to the RPO industry and the RPOA. She was one of just four other women selected for this special recognition.

In addition, Julie Rightmyer, Account and Implementation Manager, received the “Influential Women in RPO” award, while Tanya Cohen, Director, was honored as a “Rising Women in RPO.” A total of 26 women representing 14 different organizations were nominated by RPOA members and their peers, with 18 women recognized as “Influential Women in RPO,” and five as “Rising Women in RPO.”
