Justin has been in the RPO space for over 10 years, with experience in both operations and program design. Over his career, he has been able to work with companies of all sizes, and across a multitude of industries, to revitalize their talent acquisition functions. Justin’s hands on recruiting experience, coupled with his RPO program design background, give him a unique ability to work with organizations to identify opportunities within their TA program, and then craft an RPO solution to enhance recruiting programs and drive continued business success.

Paul has 23 years of experience within talent acquisition, with the last 13 years in RPO. Paul is responsible for driving the strategic and operational direction of Advanced RPO’s client partnerships and developing strong relationships with each client organization’s senior leadership.


Mike Foster

Account Director

Mike is accountable for leading the strategic direction of the recruitment partnership between Advanced RPO and their clients. He has over 15 years of recruitment experience with over eight years of RPO account management experience.

Katie Bohnke

Client Relationship Director

Katie leads the strategic direction of the recruitment partnership between Advanced RPO and their clients. She has over 20 years of recruitment experience with six years of RPO account management experience.

Erica Stewart

Account Director

With over 17 years of recruiting experience, Erica brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Advanced RPO. Her journey has been diverse, starting in staffing and later transitioning into corporate recruitment before joining Aspirant in 2017.

Sarah Buck

Account Manager

Sarah has 17 years of experience in RPO and talent acquisition. Sarah is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with select clients, while leading a team of experienced recruiters, to ensure the best possible hiring process for candidates and clients.

Her expertise spans developing and delivering recruiting strategies for roles ranging from hourly positions to executive level, and supporting talent acquisition across diverse industries such as chemical and aerospace manufacturing, building materials, sales and retail, science and technology, environmental health and safety, and corporate functions.
