Advanced RPO’s Pam Verhoff Named to SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing 2021

Chicago, IL – November 17, 2021 – Advanced RPO, a recruitment process outsourcing and talent acquisition provider, announced today its president, Pam Verhoff, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2021 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list. According to SIA, The Global Power 150 list, now it’s seventh year, recognizes women for their achievements as well as their attempts to elevate the ecosystem in a variety of ways.

In addition to her calm and steady leadership during uncertain times, nominations pointed to her empathy and focus on people as the priority. Advancements of the organization over the past 18 months include: 

  • triple digit growth;
  • greater than 95% hiring manager and candidate satisfaction in client companies; and
  • steering the company to a Glassdoor approval rating of 100%.

Awards also demonstrate that her leadership has had positive ramifications. The company won the ClearlyRated Best of RPO Award for Service Excellence, with a Net Promoter Score 15x higher than the industry average, and Verhoff herself was awarded the HRO Today 2020 HR Superstar for the second consecutive year, as well as the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association’s 2021 Women in RPO award.
